Vol 2, No 2 (2017): Advance Access - Volume 2 Issue 2 2017

We are delighted to be able to provide special advance access to this forthcoming edition of the Journal of Information Rights Policy and Practice with the publication of this highly relevant piece 'Data is power: towards additional guidance on profiling and automated decision-making in the GDPR' by Kaltheuner and Bietti.

The piece examines the concept of profiling, comparatively new to European data protection law, in light of Article 4(4) of the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the working party's draft guidance on profiling and automated decision-making published in October 2017.
